Neural Mentalia

Grupo Neural, the combination of Neural and Mentalia, is a leading independent private operator in the mental health, acquired brain injury and neurodevelopment space in Spain with over 60 centres across Spain with capacity for over 3,000 people with mental disorders.

Founded in 2005, Neural, based in Valencia, is focused on treating (i) acquired brain injury; (ii) neurodevelopment disorders in Kids and (iii) mental health disorders in adults across 45 day centers in Spain. In 2025, Neural acquired Mentalia, a leading private operator in the mental healthcare space, previously owned by DomusVi, with 17 centres and presence in 10 regions across Spain.

Peninsula acquired a majority stake alongside the shareholders of Neural
