Peninsula acquired a majority stake alongside the management of the company (CEO and Chairman), in order to pursue international growth as well as entry into new markets.

During our holding period, ISEM Group acquired 4 excellences within the secondary packaging market: Industrial Pack (Italy), Sacchettificio Toscano (Italy), Bartoli (Italy) and Egisa (Spain).

In 2026 Peninsula sold the majority of ISEM Group to Multiply Group / 2pointzero, a listed investment vehicle based in Abu Dhabi. Peninsula re-invested in the new transaction with a significant minority stake.
